I am working on the lettering I intend to print on the front panel created by Schaeffer, and realized that if I want to use the font I've used in their "front panel designer", I will have to create it from scratch myself. I have not, however, created a real font. Instead, I have traced (drawing on top of) screenshots from front panel designer, to recreate vector versions of the font.
For those interested, I've recreated the font "euro 5 stroke". At first I thought of using "Bank Gothic" in it's place, but realised that they are really not that similar at all.
So far I've finished all the letters. Still to come are the numbers and symbols.
